A global industrial components manufacturer is searching for a Communications Manager. The qualified individual will develop communication strategies and increase employee engagement.
Responsibilities:
- Act as a trusted business partner to key stakeholders in Japan, understanding their needs and demands
- Incorporate annual strategic priorities into communication strategies
- Develop effective communication strategies based on stakeholder needs
- Strengthen the company's Employer Brand
- Support leaders to become better communicators internally and externally
- Monitor media climate, identify potential risks and issues, and develop communication strategies accordingly
- Ensure internal/external creative assets are aligned with brand tonality
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Communications, Journalism, or Marketing
- 10-15 years of experience in Media Relations, IMC, or Communications in a multinational company (high-tech industry is ideal)
- Knowledge of marketing mix
- Understanding tools or techniques that drive data analysis and measurement
- Strong IMC (Integrated Marketing Communications) planning and measurement abilities
- Proficient in Japanese and English
