プロジェクトマネージャー/ Project Manager

A renowned international electrical systems manufacturer is looking for a Project Manager. The selected candidate will manage defense programs, foster strong relationships with defense industry partners, and ensure the successful execution of contracts.

Responsibilities:

• Develop a comprehensive understanding of defense contracts, including budget flows, approvals, and import and export procedures
• Stay informed about the company's defense products and their applications in Japan
• Cultivate and maintain trusted relationships with Japan Defense Force and industrial partners to enhance customer satisfaction and support future orders
• Oversee defense program contracts, ensuring compliance with procedures for bids, deliveries, inspections, and payments
• Provide local support for global business units, resolving challenges in delivery, claims, and correspondence
• Lead a team of project managers and report directly to the Operations Director

Requirements:

• Possess a valid authorisation to work in Japan
• Fluent level Japanese and English
