プロジェクトマネージャー/ Project Manager

A global technology manufacturing company is seeking a Project Manager. The selected candidate will oversee project execution, ensuring customer satisfaction, cost control, and quality compliance.

Responsibilities:

• Manage contracts, ensuring project scope, timeline, and quality are met
• Develop and lead project teams, coordinating resources and deliverables
• Communicate project plans, progress, and risks to customers and stakeholders
• Oversee compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory requirements
• Manage third-party suppliers and ensure financial targets are achieved
• Conduct risk analysis, project reviews, and continuous improvement initiatives

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Engineering or related field
• More than 10 years of experience in managing complex electrical and mechanical projects
• Proven experience leading distributed teams and project execution
• Expertise in project management methodologies and software
• Strong communication and time management skills
• Ability and willingness to travel domestically and internationally
• Possess a valid authorisation to work in Japan; valid driver’s licence
• Business level English; proficient in Japanese is a plus
