フィールドアプリケーションプロジェクトリーダー/ Field Application Project Lead

A multinational manufacturer in the semiconductor sector is searching for a Field Application Project Lead. The chosen applicant will be responsible for the driving successful implementation of plans and deployments to the site.

Responsibilities:

• Perform Field Application support (e-beam Inspection, metrology, data analysis and related works)
• Ensure project teams are initiated and prepared for project activities
• Provide updates on the progress of project activities, removing barriers and escalating issues as needed
• Ensure all product solutions are prepared based on the customers' needs and requirements
• Represent both; the customers, Sales, Application, CS, and Marketing teams within the region and headquarters
• Provide clear progress reporting as the team is responsible for programs and projects within the region from intake to closure
• Implement and improve policies, processes, database management and administrative control within the region

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in engineering field or management
• More than 10 years of experience in a leadership position is preferred
• Experience in managing programs and projects
• Prior customer and product management experience
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Proficient in Japanese and English; Chinese is advantageous
