Senior Customer Technical Service

An international chemical company is looking for a Senior CTS Specialist. The selected candidate will manage approval testing, support sales with technical expertise, and contribute to strategic business direction.

Responsibilities:

• Plan and execute approval testing to meet customer needs
• Organise and present technical data and reports for internal and external use
• Maintain strong relationships with customers and internal teams, staying updated on industry trends
• Advocate for workplace safety and support HSE initiatives
• Resolve customer issues and represent the company at industry events
• Collaborate with R&D, Sales, and Marketing to align business strategies

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in chemistry, mechanical engineering or a relevant domain
• More than 8 years of experience in the petrochemical or automotive industry
• Prior technical or RD experience
• Proven customer interface experience
• Knowledge of market trends and insights
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills
• Ability and willingness to travel
• Proficient in written and verbal English; professional level Japanese
