フィールドテクニシャン/ Field Technician

A global business services firm is looking for a Field Technician. The selected candidate will assemble, troubleshoot, and support proprietary systems used in vehicle-mounted operations.

Responsibilities:

• Assemble and disassemble systems for vehicle-mounted operations
• Troubleshoot and replace computer and camera components
• Provide remote support for system testing and troubleshooting
• Assist engineering teams with testing and data collection
• Repair and refurbish system components based on helpdesk guidelines
• Train technicians on new camera systems

Requirements:

• Knowledge of various testing techniques
• Understanding of vehicle parts, computer parts, camera parts, PCB, etc.
• Excellent hardware troubleshooting, installation, and warehouse management skills
• Strong interpersonal communication skills
• Professional level Japanese and English
