Responsibilities:
- Set strategic direction for growth initiatives
- Develop and maintain service policies and procedures
- Manage service financials and forecasting
- Influence standard metric reporting
- Optimise field service capacity planning
- Assist with pricing and quoting
- Stay updated on new product offerings and functionality
- Review Win/Loss data for process improvements
Requirements:
- Diploma or above in engineering
- More than 10 years of experience in customer aftermarket support
- Experience in business development
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills
- Ability and willingness to travel
- Fluent level Japanese and English
