サービス技術者/ Service Technician

An international electronics manufacturing company is searching for a Service Technician. The selected applicant will be accountable for handling calibrations and repair activities for a variety of products.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain adherence to the calibration and repair services procedure
• Ensure data sheets and calibration certificates are completed
• Prepare service reports
• Manage work orders
• Ensure cleanliness of workstations on a regular basis
• Coordinate internal and external training regarding products and processes
• Oversee the firm’s reference standard database

Requirements:

• Associate degree or above in a technical discipline is ideal
• 2+ years of metrology, industrial, or analytical instrumentation experience
• Experience working in a technical or service function
• Professional background in an in-house service for measurement, electronical, or industrial instruments
• Practical experience in EBS, SAP, or Salesforce
• Fundamental knowledge of MS Office
• Understanding of ISO 9001 and 17025
• English proficiency is ideal
