A Field Application Engineer role is now available at a worldwide manufacturing organisation. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing field service activities for CMS products and relevant instruments.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee project management activities
• Handle customer support initiatives
• Spearhead installation and validation services
• Coordinate training sessions for customers
• Prepare reports and documentation as needed
• Manage annual maintenance and troubleshooting processes

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in a technical major
• Previous professional experience in a technical position
• Valid certification in metrology, computers, or electronics
• Ability and willingness to travel locally and internationally as needed
• Understanding of encompasses instrumentation or computer networking is ideal
• English proficiency is preferred
