An international manufacturing group is searching for a talented project management professional to join them as a Sales Engineer. In this role, you will establish strong customer relationships as you act as a primary technical research for the sales force and customers.
- Act as the primary technical resource for the sales force; actively drive and manage the technology evaluation stage of the sales process, working in conjunction with product groups and engineering groups
- Articulate technology and product positioning to both business and technical clients
- Identify all technical issues of assigned accounts to ensure complete customer satisfaction through all stages of the sales process
- Establish and maintain strong relationships throughout the sales cycle, pre award and post award phases
- Forecast and project future sales and customer trends
- An engineering degree (mechanical field preferred)
- 5+ years’ related experience in project management or product, quality, process or manufacturing engineering
- Native level Japanese with excellent English communication skills preferred
- Experience in automotive sensors or actuators is a strong advantage
