A global food packaging company is looking for a Service Delivery Manager. The selected candidate will drive growth, profitability, and capabilities in the service business.
Responsibilities:
- Lead field force activities to ensure high standards and compliance with safety regulations
- Support Field Service Engineers (FSE) in resolving issues and follow the PSM methodology
- Ensure consistent use and application of global standards, processes, and tools
- Analyse feedback and drive action plans to improve customer satisfaction
- Complete and oversee the completion of technical reports
- Develop and manage the field force team, identifying talent for promotions and career development
- Lead competence development and certification plans for the field force
Requirements:
- More than 5 years of experience as a Service Engineer
- More than 5 years of frontline experience with customers
- Team leadership experience
- Strong technical knowledge of equipment
- Understanding of maintenance and reliability concepts
- Demonstrated leadership skills in change management and collaboration
