ハードウェアマネージャー/ Hardware Manager

A Hardware Manager position is now available at a global technology company. The chosen applicant will be responsible for handling and overseeing hardware issues, operations, and communication. This is a Tokyo-based role.

Responsibilities:

• Manage hardware-related problems and concerns
• Provide technical assistance pre- and post-sales
• Engage with customers to address hardware technical issues
• Perform initial troubleshooting for malfunctioning devices
• Research technical market demands and trends
• Address urgent repair cases

Requirements:

• More than 3 years of hardware engineer experience for small electric device
• Practical experience in payment industry is ideal
• Prior payment device or ECR/POS experience
• Business level written and verbal Japanese, English and Chinese
