監督者/ Superintendent

An international ship management and recruitment company is looking for a Ship Management Superintendent. The selected individual will be planning and implementing regular ship inspections. This role is based in Kanagawa.

Responsibilities:

• Assist maintenance jobs conducted by crews
• Offer emergency response during breakdown or accident
• Evaluate the current situation through ships visitation
• Perform equipment troubleshooting
• Oversee estimation of spare parts
• Participate in dry-docking, repairs, and conversion jobs

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in shipping, maritime, or engineering domain
• More than 3 years of experience in boarding as a marine engineer
• More than 1 year of experience as a superintendent as a marine engineer
• Proficient in reading and written English
