オペレーションズマネージャー/ Operations Manager

A major international industrial manufacturer is looking to hire an Operations Manager. The chosen applicant will be responsible for managing the operations team in aftersales tasks such as customer support, inventory management, etc.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure aftersales tasks are completed in an optimal manner
• Drive continuous optimisation of company guidelines and procedures
• Create aftersales plans to increase aftersales revenue and customer satisfaction
• Develop revenue and profit forecasts
• Supervise service partners
• Manage distributor, service partner, and sales representative contracts

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in engineering, business, or related field
• 7+ years of relevant professional experience
• 4+ years of experience in a supervisory position for industrial product aftersales
• Ability and willingness to travel domestically and overseas
• Network management experience is a plus
• Fluent level Japanese and English (written and verbal)
