フィールドサービス＆コミッショニングエンジニア/ Field Service & Commissioning Engineer

A multinational control and safety systems company is hiring a Field Service & Commissioning Engineer. The selected candidate will install, maintain, and troubleshoot electronic hardware/software systems at global customer sites. This is a hybrid setup role.

Responsibilities:

• Install, commission, repair, and troubleshoot control and safety systems on-site
• Provide internal support to engineering and design teams
• Perform maintenance tasks such as site surveys, audits, health checks, and system upgrades
• Respond to customer issues via remote support or emergency site visits, including out-of-hours work
• Complete pre-mobilisation paperwork and generate technical service reports
• Conduct in-house product testing
• Liaise with customers and lead factory and site acceptance tests
• Train customer representatives and internal staff
• Support procedural development and documentation updates
• Manage logistics and project prep for customer visits
• Maintain and update project files and installation database
• Recommend technical solutions in collaboration with project managers

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Electronic Engineering (HNC or HND)
• Prior site-based experience in electronic/electrical/software systems (SCADA, PLC, DCS)
• Proven experience in service and commissioning in marine, oil & gas, or heavy industry sectors
• Skilled in fault-finding, system modification, wiring, assembly, and testing
• Proficient in reading schematics and technical drawings
• Ability and willingness to travel
• Possess a valid driving licence
