機械工学スタッフ/ Mechanical Engineering Staff

A renowned engineering company is seeking a Mechanical Engineering Staff. The selected candidate will oversee equipment reliability, capital investment, and process safety.

Responsibilities:

• Lead capital investment planning and project execution
• Ensure safe and reliable operation of process equipment
• Coordinate and support safety and reliability inspections
• Participate in HSE reviews and risk assessments
• Maintain and update engineering documentation
• Support maintenance, training, and system-related tasks

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above
• More than 4 years of experience in chemical or similar industries
• Experience leading global projects
• Prior experience in leading projects and collaborating with diverse international teams
• Knowledge with Siemens PCS 7, AutoCAD and MS Office Suite
• Proficient in reading, written, and verbal English (TOIEC 730+) and Japanese (JLPT N4+)
