メンテナンスエンジニア/ Maintenance Engineer

A foreign technology company is searching for a Maintenance Engineer. The qualified candidate will oversee daily operations of the manufacturing plant, ensuring the reliability and efficiency of equipment.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure daily maintenance of line equipment according to technician requirements
• Carry out corrective maintenance daily, providing service for production
• Track and complete equipment optimisation improvement projects
• Execute Level 2 maintenance and supervise Level 1 maintenance
• Responsible for the maintenance of workshop automation equipment
• Optimise equipment or propose reasonable improvement suggestions
• Responsible for daily spot check and maintenance of plant infrastructure equipment
• Investigate and follow up on causes of frequent and occasional failures

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in mechanical engineering or a related field
• More than 3 years of maintenance or engineering experience
• Knowledge of fabrication or processing techniques, tools, materials, machines and equipment
• Strong electromechanical and automation skills
• Knowledge of Quality system and Health, Safety and Environment
• Advanced skills in computer-aided maintenance management systems
• Possess valid electrician, pressure vessel, high voltage electrician, and welder certificates is preferred
• Business level Japanese and English
