エンジニアリングマネージャー/ Engineering Manager

A global industrial cleaning technology company is searching for an Engineering Manager. The chosen candidate will oversee departmental operations ensuring smooth order processing, technical documentation, and special project execution.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise R&D and development projects
• Plan personnel allocation, training, and work aids for efficiency
• Manage staff evaluations, workload distribution, recruitment, and leave approvals
• Oversee construction projects, estimate final assembly costs, and adjust as needed based on changing conditions
• Maintain interdepartmental coordination, report major complaints, technical deviations, and competitor activities to management
• Ensure effective after-sales service, facilitate training for subsidiaries

Requirements:

• Proven experience in supervision, commissioning, installation, and maintenance work
• Strong background in leading teams within a section or department
• Expertise in mechanical or mechatronic engineering, decision-making, and accountability
• Ability and willingness to travel locally and internationally
• Experience in the power generation industry is advantageous
• Possess a valid Construction License under the Japanese Construction Business Act is preferred
• Proficient in English
