フィールドサービスエンジニア/ Field Service Engineer

A renowned automation machinery manufacturer is looking for a Field Service Engineer. The selected candidate will handle installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and customer support for advanced machinery.

Responsibilities:

• Install, test, and repair automation machinery at customer sites
• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and optical systems
• Conduct routine and seasonal preventative maintenance
• Respond promptly to customer issues and communicate next steps when needed
• Collaborate with internal teams to support continuous improvement and project success
• Train customers and junior engineers on machine operations and maintenance

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in electrical, mechanical, mechatronics, automation, industrial engineering, or a relevant domain
• Knowledge of mechanical engineering
• Understanding of electrical power circuits and PLC circuits is preferred
• Knowledge with computer hardware and configurations is a plus
• Familiarity with programming (C++, C, Java, or Python is advantageous)
• Possess valid driver’s licence
• Ability and willingness to travel internationally
• Proficient in English
