CS診断エンジニア/ CS Diagnostics Engineer

A renowned industrial components manufacturer is seeking a CS Diagnostics Engineer. The selected candidate will lead diagnostics and support efforts for complex technical issues on advanced lithographic equipment.

Responsibilities:

• Diagnose and troubleshoot escalated tool issues remotely
• Develop data-driven action plans for technical resolutions
• Communicate daily updates with internal and external stakeholders
• Interpret shift handovers and provide clear passdowns to teams
• Share diagnostic knowledge with technical support and field teams
• Mentor junior engineers and support New Product Introductions (NPI)

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in engineering
• More than 2 years of experience as a mechanical engineer, support engineer, process engineer, or a related role
• Business level English (Japanese is a plus)
