PCB設計エンジニア / PCB Design Engineer

A global business services firm is seeking a PCB Design Engineer. The selected candidate will be responsible for designing and managing PCB layout and ensuring compliance with industry standards.

Responsibilities:

• Transfer schematic net-list design into physical PCB layout based on electrical, signal integrity, and power integrity requirements
• Perform circuit design and schematic capture
• Design stack-up and layer planning
• Create and manage PCB design documents, including Gerber files and assembly drawings
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Hardware, Mechanical, Electrical, and Testing teams
• Implement DFM, DFT, and DFA guidelines to enhance manufacturability and testability

Requirements:

• Experience in multi-layer PCB designing in mixed signal domain (digital and analog)
• Prior experience in EMI/EMC standards to meet certifications (ROHS, FCC, CE, etc.)
• Proven experience with PCB manufacturers and PCB assembly houses
• Knowledge of industry standards and regulations relevant to PCB design, EMI/EMC, DFM, DFT, and DFA
• Business level written and spoken Japanese (JLPT N2+) and English (TOEIC 750+)
