アプリケーションエンジニア / Application Engineer

A renowned industrial automation company is looking for an Application Engineer. The selected candidate will provide technical support, training, and consultation to distributors and end users to enhance their knowledge and optimise applications. This is a hybrid role.

Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for end users, system integrators, and distributors
• Conduct training sessions to enhance customer knowledge of company applications
• Participate in customer visits to offer hands-on technical assistance
• Perform proof-of-concept evaluations for robot applications
• Create and translate technical documentation for customer use
• Represent the company at trade shows, seminars, and webinars

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in engineering, or computer science related domain
• More than 5 years of experience in robotics or automation industry
• More than 3 years of programming experience
• Experience in designing and integrating robotic systems, or programming robot applications
• Prior experience in conducting seminars and trainings
• Ability and willingness to travel
• Fluent level Japanese; business level English
