SQP電気エンジニア / SQP Electrical Engineer

A global IT services company is looking for an SQP Electrical Engineer. The selected candidate will oversee product support, local market input, and deployment coordination.

Responsibilities:

• Support product selection to meet customer requirements
• Learn and prepare technical materials for new products
• Provide local market insights during project development
• Coordinate relations with Japanese customers for deployment
• Resolve issues in line with deployment planning
• Configure hardware devices based on local requirements

Requirements:

• More than 5 years of experience in BtoB electronic product devices industry
• Experience operating POS systems in the F&B or retail industry on Windows
• Prior experience in understanding technical specifications for hardware, downloading, and setting systems
• Knowledge of customer requirements, issues, and propose optimal solutions
• Native level Japanese; proficient in written and verbal English
