エグゼキューションエンジニア/ Execution Engineer

A global engineering company is seeking an Execution Engineer. The selected candidate will oversee technical application engineering for genset enclosure solutions and support system integration at customer sites.

Responsibilities:

• Lead technical execution for genset enclosure solutions, ensuring system integration meets customer requirements
• Manage technical documentation, drawings, and manuals to support plant integration
• Coordinate with local teams and suppliers to ensure installation aligns with standards and customer specifications
• Raise purchase requisitions for local supply needs and manage supplier contracts
• Collaborate with Project Managers on balancing technical solutions and project budgets
• Conduct technical presentations and training for stakeholders

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
• More than 5 years of experience with genset enclosure solutions in the diesel engine industry
• Hands-on experience in regional project management, site installation, and commissioning of diesel gensets
• Strong understanding of diesel genset mechanical systems and enclosure design
• Knowledge of switchgear and electrical power protection is ideal
• Ability and willingness to travel
• Proficient written and verbal in English and Japanese
