アプリケーションエンジニア/ Application Engineer

An international manufacturing company is seeking an Application Engineer. This role will manage customer relationships, support project initiatives, and define product specifications in collaboration with internal teams and clients.

Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary technical contact for customer inquiries
• Partner with Project and Key Account Managers to drive local projects
• Identify and pursue new project opportunities through proactive client communication
• Analyse and negotiate customer specifications and requirements
• Define and review product specifications with customers, leading design discussions
• Provide support for design analyses, including FMEA, DVP&R, and BOM

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in mechanical, electrical, or industrial engineering
• More than 5 years of experience in mechanical, electrical, advanced engineering, etc.
• Experience as a project engineer or systems engineer in automotive industry is ideal
• Prior experience in automotive project management is desired
• Understanding of automotive plastic and metal forming processes is preferred
• Knowledge of automotive electronics components is a plus
• Ability and willingness to travel
• Proficient in written and verbal English; Chinese is advantageous
