FAEマネージャー/ FAE Manager

A renowned semiconductor technology company is looking for an FAE Manager. The selected candidate will lead a team of engineers and work closely with key customers to deliver tailored technical solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Advise customers on technical obstacles and offer solutions for semiconductor end applications
• Collaborate with sales teams to determine account strategies based on customer needs and technical feedback
• Guide customers through the adoption of products, providing training and support for seamless integration
• Collaborate with implementation teams to troubleshoot and develop solutions based on customer requirements
• Lead the engineering team to align with company direction and technical objectives
• Report project status to internal stakeholders to ensure progress and alignment

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in engineering, electronics, physics, or related field
• More than 8 years of experience in semiconductor design, manufacturing company, or EDA company
• Practical experience in IP development or design flow development or full chip design
• Prior customer support experiences or technical collaboration experience with other companies
• Previous people management experience
• Work experience as Technical Marketing, PM, or FAE is preferred
• Good understanding of semiconductor physics, electrical circuits, transistor characteristics, material science or semiconductor process technology
• Proficient in English (TOEIC 700+)
