エレクトリカルデザインエンジニア/ Electrical Design Engineer

A global engineering company is looking for an Electrical Design Engineer. The selected candidate will develop high-frequency systems and engage in various electrical design and evaluation tasks. This role is based in Miyagi.

Responsibilities:

• Develop high-frequency (RF) systems and address issues post-mass production
• Design unit wiring, assembly, and modifications, while utilising measuring instruments
• Support the design and development of transport system materials and wire harness designs
• Contribute to the development of cutting-edge equipment and related electrical products
• Engage in high-frequency systems development for system specification design and component evaluation
• Analyse and interpret data to support design improvements and enhancements

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Electrical Engineering or a related field
• 6-7 years of experience in Electrical Engineering, Automotive, Semiconductor, or related domains
• Practical experience in electrical-related evaluations
• Hands on experience with measuring instruments (ammeters, voltmeters, ohmmeters, and oscilloscopes) is ideal
• Prior experience in operating machinery (equipment and measuring instruments) is a plus
• Previous experience with Auto CAD (wiring design) / 3D CAD is desired
• Experience in improvement and enhancement activities as an engineer is preferred
• Skilled in Schematics, PLC Programming, or AutoCAD electrical
• Basic knowledge of electrical circuits
• Understanding of high-frequency (RF) technology
• Native level Japanese (JLPT N3+); business level English
