シニアプロジェクトエンジニア/ Senior Project Engineer

A global pharmaceutical company is looking for a Senior Project Engineer. The selected candidate will be responsible for leading large engineering projects and establishing technical standards for facilities and equipment.

Responsibilities:

• Obtain approval of investment plans in collaboration with global counterparts
• Coordinate and manage all parties involved in large engineering projects
• Investigate new technologies and establish technical standards for facility and equipment
• Ensure overall regulatory compliance of facilities and equipment
• Provide training within the organisation on regulatory compliance
• Lead project execution from budgeting to handover

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above
• More than 5 years of experience in pharmaceutical engineering
• GMP knowledge including mechanical knowledge for production equipment, building, HVAC and plumbing, field building standard, fire protection, environment, explosion protection
• Experience in project lead and execution (including IQ/OQ for pharmaceutical facilities)
• Strong project management knowledge
• Prior GMP experience in a pharmaceutical company is ideal
• Solid project engineering skill is preferred
• Fluent level written and verbal Japanese and English (TOEIC L&R 730+, TOEIC S 120+, GBC 1.8+)
