衛星開発システムエンジニア/ Satellite Development System Engineer

A global aerospace technology company is seeking a Satellite Development System Engineer. The selected candidate will handle systems engineering and project management activities.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and coordinate engineering teams throughout the spacecraft lifecycle (design, testing, launch, initial operations)
• Develop and maintain common stakeholder requirements and specifications for space, ground, and launch segments
• Perform system-level trade-space exploration and analysis to support mission objectives
• Collaborate with teams to develop on-orbit CONOPS and operational procedures
• Maintain system-level budgets for power, mass, links, Delta-V, etc.
• Prepare engineering documentation, including reviews and test plans, and report to stakeholders
• Plan and manage project schedules, including design, manufacturing, procurement, testing, and logistics
• Manage project costs, budgets, human resources, and stakeholder relationships

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in engineering
• Practical experience in engineering projects in aerospace or related technical fields
• Prior experience in leading engineering teams of 10-50 people as a systems engineer or project manager
• Hands on experience in full lifecycle multidisciplinary engineering projects
• Experience with trajectory simulation software (STK)
• Understanding of power systems, machinery, communications, attitude control, or optical product development
• Agile development knowledge
• Proven ability in project management and systems engineering in spacecraft development
• Familiarity with Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) tools
• Business level English and Japanese
