テストエンジニア/ Test Engineer

A renowned global electronics company is seeking a Test Engineer. The selected candidate will lead test equipment setup, software development, hardware-software integration, and test execution.

Responsibilities:

• Support Engineering and Sales with customer-driven tests to drive design wins and revenue growth
• Develop and execute required test setups
• Communicate test results to both internal and external customers
• Enhance test procedures using tools such as VEE, LabWindows, and Visual Basic
• Develop new characterisation methods to improve data accuracy and quality
• Recommend new lab equipment, tools, and procedure improvements to the Laboratory Manager

Requirements:

• Practical experience in Test Engineering within the electronics or semiconductor industry
• Prior experience with test equipment design and assembly
• Proficient in programming languages (VEE, LabWindows, Visual Basic, Visual C, or C/C++)
• Solid understanding of analogue/digital electronics, circuit protection devices, and discrete semiconductors
• Basic knowledge of GPIB or test equipment control via PC
• Ability and willingness to travel
• Proficient in Japanese and English
