A global leader in semiconductor manufacturing is seeking a Field Service Team Leader. The selected candidate will oversee team operations and drive performance to enhance customer support and achieve organisational goals.
Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day activities of the service team
- Motivate team members to meet organisational goals
- Develop and implement timelines to achieve targets
- Delegate tasks and conduct team training
- Empower team members with skills to improve confidence, product knowledge, and communication
- Prepare weekly reports and collaborate with Operations and Sales Departments
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Mechanical Engineering or a relevant field
- More than 5 years of technical and managerial experience in the semiconductor industry
- Proficient in semiconductor technology (vacuum chamber is a plus)
- Ability to work shifts and provide overseas support
- Possess a valid authorisation to work in Japan
- Native level Japanese (JLPT N1); proficient in English
