A large semiconductor manufacturing company is looking to hire a Senior Field Engineer. The candidate selected for this position will be responsible for handling quality and environmental queries from customers in Japan.
Responsibilities:
- Support customers during the development cycle
- Handle customer returns
- Support sales engineers during customer site visits
- Develop technical reports for various audiences
- Ensure adherence to quality and customer requirements
- Travel overseas as needed
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or above in engineering, physics, or electrical science
- 3+ years of experience in semiconductor manufacturing
- Experience in a customer-facing capacity
- Familiarity in semiconductor physics, assembly, or SMT processing
- Computer proficiency
- English or Chinese proficiency (written and spoken)
