A CRM position is now open in a luxury brand. The chosen applicant will be responsible for understanding the customer journey within the company's ecosystem and driving business goals. This is a hybrid setup position.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the creation of systems and procedures to understand and educate on customer behaviours, preferences, trends, and the overall customer journey
• Conduct in-depth data analysis to understand various facets of the customer
• Communicate findings to local and HQ teams and devise actionable initiatives for commercial and marketing fronts
• Monitor and analyse CRM KPIs
• Craft an omnichannel CRM strategy to effectively manage customers in both the retail and digital worlds
• Define customer segmentation strategies that allow for optimised communication to target groups
• Design and execute continuous local CRM campaigns and other marketing initiatives
• Set up a contact centre in Japan, manage its processes and overall phone sales

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above
• More than 5 years of CRM or CMR-related experience
• Experience in segmentation, audience targeting, CRM campaign execution, and data analysis
• Strong understanding of customer journey (offline and online)
• Knowledge of social platforms and digital CRM tools (Salesforce)
• Strong understanding of Sales Cloud
• Ability and willingness to travel
• Fluent level written and verbal Japanese and English (French, German, or other languages is a plus)
