CRM マネージャー/ CRM Manager

An international luxury goods company is looking for a CRM Manager. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the development and implementation of CRM plans. This position is based in Tokyo.

Responsibilities:

• Improve customer engagement
• Ensure effective CRM activities through database management
• Enhance retention rate and reduce churn rate
• Deliver tailored customer experiences using the APP and LINE WORKS
• Prepare lists of key customers for store personnel
• Generate KPI reports related to CRM for stakeholders

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above
• More than 5 years of CRM experience in fashion or luxury retail brands or a related field
• Prior experience in email marketing and expertise in email segmentation tools
• Knowledge of marketing mix is preferred
• Strong reporting skills
• Proficient in English and Japanese
