職務内容:
- CRM 施策の立案サポート（市場分析、定性・定量調査、顧客データ分析など）
- マーケティング部の年間コストのバジェッドに責任を持ち、ROI を意識したマーケティング施策遂行のサポート
- 各マーケティングキャンペーンについての効果検証
- エンドユーザー向け及び代理店向けの顧客育成プログラム作成のサポート
- 休眠顧客を再びアクティブ顧客にするための施策立案と実施サポート
- マーケティング及び他部署からのリクエストに基づいた、データ抽出及び分析
応募要件:
- 大卒
- 事業会社でのCRM業務の経験
- SQLを使用したデータ抽出の業務経験
- B to B to Cマーケティングの業務経験
- 英語力（スピーキング、ライティング）
