A successful internet business is searching for a Customer Success Manager. The candidate who enters this role will be responsible for account support, on-boarding, issue escalation, business reviews, success management, account leadership, etc.
- Provide account support to customers via risk monitoring and issue resolution
- Coordinate project activities such as new logos, project support, etc.
- Act as a point of contact for customers and escalate issues appropriately
- Contribute to business and operational service reviews
- Prepare and execute service improvement plans
- Provide leadership to the team for customer projects
- Bachelor’s degree is a plus
- 7+ years of customer success management experience
- High level proficiency in English
