A prominent research company is looking to hire a Life Science Customer Consultant. This position will be responsible for revenue growth, customer engagement, usage reporting compliance, and knowledge sharing activities.
Responsibilities:
- Monitor customer value to ensure value gains and attrition risk minimisation
- Ensure alignment of solution engagement plans with the holistic customer engagement plan
- Monitor usage at customer and regional levels against targets, and create corrective action plans
- Ensure the delivery of usage reporting to key customers
- Maintain ability to demonstrate all solutions in the portfolio to expert end-users
- Serve as a trusted advisor to the customer
Requirements:
- Master’s degree or higher in organic chemistry, chemistry, medicinal chemistry, or pharmaceutical science
- 2+ years of experience in customer engagement
- Research experience
- Experience in life science management and research administration
- Ability and willingness to travel frequently
- Fluent level English
