An opportunity has arisen for a candidate with experience in digital marketing to join the e-commerce operations of a global sportswear company as CRM Manager. This role is an excellent opportunity for the chosen candidate to use their expert-level knowledge of online CRM services as part of a globally recognizable brand.
- Deliver innovative, individual CRM dialogue; present the product and brand benefits to the consumer in an interactive way
- Acquire, retain and grow the global group database across all sales; analyse customer data to make marketing decisions
- Partner with vendors and CRM team to prioritize and develop key analytical projects; work closely to ensure customer data meets quality standards
- Manage the planning, execution and analysis of all partnership campaigns
- Make data-driven (fact-based) decisions; collaborate with conversion, DTC and CRM brand teams to develop a thorough understanding of our consumers in order to drive personally relevant relationships with them
- 3+ years of digital marketing and eCRM experience
- Expert-level knowledge and functional expertise on all aspects of eCRM: marketing, platforms, database management, campaign management
- Understanding of direct to consumer environment (eCom/Retail), direct marketing and CRM industry best practices
- Microsoft Office skills
- Fluency in English (verbal)
