A luxury retail brand is currently recruiting for the role of Customer Relationship Manager. The company is seeking an individual with client development experience or other similar expertise in the luxury retail industry, and will have the opportunity to showcase their complete skill set while defining and implementing client development activities in Japan.
- Data collection and analysis – supervise customer data collection within stores, collaborating with the retail team; conduct training
- Client communication – work with the retail team to prepare and deliver client communication including calls, newsletters, catalogues, mailers, etc.
- Client management – prepare and organize relevant activity for clients such as gifts, in-store services, and other small scale local events
- Develop partnership opportunities for the recruitment of potential clients
- Conduct benchmarking of competitors’ client activities
- 5+ years’ experience in client development, CRM, events or other similar positions in the luxury retail industry/fashion/leather goods
- Excellent customer service orientation
- Skilled in managing databases/figures and conducting data analysis
- Strong communication skills, able to conceive and drive projects forward with key team members and external parties
- English fluency
- Project management skills a plus
