PRマネージャー / PR Manager

A global fashion and beauty company is looking for a PR Manager. The selected candidate will drive PR strategy, media relations, content creation, events, and influencer collaborations while managing budgets and performance.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute PR strategies aligned with brand and category objectives
• Build and manage strong media relationships to secure high-impact coverage
• Oversee creation of press materials, social content, and communication assets
• Plan and deliver PR events for media, KOLs, and influencers
• Lead cross-category collaboration and influencer campaign execution
• Manage PR budgets, track performance, and report results to stakeholders

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above
• Experience in developing and implementing successful PR campaigns and building strong relationships with media contacts
• Prior experience planning and implementing successful PR events
• Proven experience managing and mentoring junior team members
• Knowledge of luxury beauty and cosmetics industry (trends, products, and key players in the Japanese market)
• Understanding of influencer marketing landscape and best practices
• Native level written and verbal Japanese; business level English
