ブランドコミュニケーションマネージャー/ Manager, Brand Communications

A global office furniture manufacturer is looking for a Manager, Brand Communications, Japan & Korea. The selected candidate will lead branding, communications, and campaign strategies across both markets. This is a hybrid role.

Responsibilities:

• Develop localised product collateral and provide market insights to shape branding strategies
• Oversee brand voice, visual identity, and lead creative campaigns across media channels
• Drive demand generation initiatives and manage cross-channel marketing campaigns
• Build thought leadership through PR, client stories, and localised communications
• Manage event sponsorships, showrooms, and organise key industry and company events
• Lead internal and executive communications, including employer branding initiatives

Requirements:

• 8-10 years of experience in building brands
• Skilled in demand generation, content creation, and digital marketing
• Strong project management and communication skills
• Possess valid marketing or communications qualification
• Native level written and spoken Japanese; fluent level written and spoken English
