公共事務コンサルタント/ Public Affairs Consultant

A renowned public affairs firm is looking for a Public Affairs Consultant. The selected candidate will drive strategic stakeholder engagement and support policy-focused projects for diverse clients. This is a hybrid role.

Responsibilities:

• Build and strengthen relationships across government, industry, academia, and international organisations
• Coordinate negotiations and align interests among multiple stakeholders
• Plan and run events including symposiums, workshops, and advocacy initiatives
• Develop proposals and support contract negotiations with potential clients
• Oversee project execution and guide team members
• Conduct research and provide policy and strategic analysis for client initiatives

Requirements:

• Experience in negotiation and coordination with multiple stakeholders (politics, government, external relations, corporate sales, alliances, etc.)
• Business level Japanese and English

Preferred requirements:

• Experience in politics, government, or corporate government relations
• Prior experience in multi-stakeholder, cross-sector collaboration
• Proven experience organising symposiums or workshops
