パートナーマネージャー/ Partner Manager

An international entertainment technology platform is seeking a Partner Manager. The selected candidate will build strong partnerships, oversee partner projects, and drive growth through strategic collaboration and data-driven insights. This is a hybrid setup role.

Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with partners by understanding their needs and aligning solutions with company goals
• Oversee partner events and projects by coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and seamless execution
• Monitor partner performance through KPI tracking, data analysis, and reporting to identify growth opportunities
• Collaborate with internal teams to address challenges, develop tailored solutions, and enhance partner satisfaction
• Gather and analyse partner feedback to recommend improvements to product, marketing, and operations
• Gain in-depth understanding of internal teams and processes to effectively advocate for partners and support company initiatives

Requirements:

• More than 3 years of experience in project management or consulting
• Proven ability to manage stakeholders and build positive working relationships with strong communication skills
• Fluent level Japanese and English
