ソーシャルPRマネージャー/ Social PR Manager

A global beauty product brand is searching for a Social PR Manager. The chosen applicant will develop and execute social media and PR strategies aligned with global brand communication and local business objectives.

Responsibilities:

• Effectively communicate brand messaging across various media channels to increase brand awareness and engagement within the Japanese market
• Monitor, analyse, and report on brand and competitor activities across social and digital platforms
• Continuously research and update KOL mapping, identifying relevant influencers and managing relationships
• Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with external stakeholders
• Act as a brand spokesperson, representing the company to external stakeholders
• Plan and execute major brand events and product launches
• Maintain and protect the brand's reputation, proactively identifying and managing potential risks and crises
• Oversee the budget for all directly managed activities
• Manage and mentor team members, fostering their growth into PR professionals

Requirements:

• More than 5 years of experience in marketing, communications, or PR
• Experience in FMCG, luxury, fashion, or in a media agency
• Experience in the beauty industry is preferred
• Prior people management experience is a plus
• Experience in a global matrix organisation is desirable
• Proficient in English
