コミュニケーションスペシャリスト/ Communications Specialist

A global financial services group is seeking an Information Security Communications Specialist. The selected candidate will implement communication strategies and create bilingual content to promote information security.

Responsibilities:

• Implement information communication strategies to enhance information security awareness
• Create and distribute bilingual content, including emails, newsletters, and presentations
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistent messaging across communication efforts
• Monitor and analyse communication metrics to assess campaign effectiveness
• Serve as a subject matter expert, providing guidance on communication practices
• Review and proofread translated content for accuracy and consistency

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in communications, marketing, journalism or a relevant domain
• More than 3 years of experience in communication and translation (field of information security or technology)
• Excellent writing and editing skills
• Strong interpersonal communication skills
• Understanding of information security principles and best practices is preferred
• Possess valid translation or a related field certification is ideal
• Fluent level English and Japanese
