An international internet company is searching for a Creative Product Marketing & Operations Manager. The chosen applicant will oversee the full go-to-market strategy and execution of creative products to stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
- Facilitate the onboarding and training of advertisers, fostering client engagement and empowerment
- Partner closely with the Global Business Solutions team to understand and address advertiser business requirements through the right creative products
- Deliver operational support at the campaign execution level, guaranteeing a smooth process
- Gather preliminary market insights and qualified product feedback to inform product strategy and improvement.
- Maintain direct relationships with partners from Japanese creative and creator agencies, managing onboarding, contracts, invoicing, and addressing business issues
Requirements:
- More than 5 years of experience in product operations or other advertising or creative operations position
- Prior advertising sales, and partner management experience (advertising creative, management tech platforms, agencies or advertisers' side is highly advantageous)
- Experience presenting to internal and external audiences at all levels of seniority
- Understanding of the digital, social media and creator or influencer landscape in Japan, including cultural nuances, trends, and consumer behaviour
- Strong project management skills
- Fluent level Japanese and English
