A global software vendor is seeking an individual with several years’ experience in paid social media, including operations and strategy roles, to take on an Ads Platform Manager position. Relying on both your skills in the field and passion for social media, you will provide strategic advice and help clients use the company’s technology to achieve their goals.
- Lead the advertising team to help discover all paid social media requirements for new clients; drive platform adoption, end-user satisfaction, etc.
- Ensure that all client users are trained on the value the paid media platform can provide
- Meet with day-to-day level clients and stakeholders to perform desk-side coaching, client satisfaction, etc.
- Develop paid specific client and internal training and ongoing education
- Attend paid-specific internal services meetings on assigned business
- 3-5 years’ paid social media experience, including operations and strategy roles with a platform (e.g., Facbook, Twitter), agency, or major social media advertiser
- Demonstrate experience and passion for the paid social media industry
- Preferred experience in client advisory/services, specifically in applying paid media to drive business objectives
- A native Japanese speaker with business level English proficiency
