マーケティング＆BDコーディネーター/ Marketing & BD Coordinator

A global consultancy company is seeking a Marketing & Business Development Coordinator. The selected candidate will manage customer communication, CRM processes, and event coordination while collaborating with market stakeholders. This is a hybrid setup role.

Responsibilities:

• Drive business development activities and manage information flow across market stakeholders
• Support customer communication, including drafting emails and scheduling meetings
• Ensure CRM data quality and manage related processes
• Organise and coordinate events
• Build and maintain relationships with media representatives

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in a business field
• 2-3 years of experience in B2B business development or sales roles (IT consulting or financial sectors is ideal)
• Proven teamwork and communication skills in an international and Agile environment
• Ability and willingness to travel occasionally is a plus
• Native level Japanese and English (TOEIC 900+)
