A renowned global healthcare company is seeking an OTC Senior. The selected candidate will lead brand strategy, collaborate with partners, and engage in business development efforts for OTC products.
Responsibilities:
- Plan monthly activities and analyse sales data to identify improvement opportunities
- Develop field sales activation plans and collaborate with partners/distributors for consumer Selfcare brands
- Engage with retail customers for OTC product distribution and promotion
- Work closely with related functions to implement sales plans and necessary adjustments
- Monitor distributor performance through KPI tracking, market visits, and reports
- Ensure all sales activities comply with national regulations and company policies
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or above
- 3-5 years of OTC business experience
- Proven experience in sales planning, strategy, or trade marketing with strong analytical and data management skills
- Experience working in a multinational company
- Basic understanding of business development and marketing
- Skilled in MS Office Suite
- Proficient in written and verbal Japanese and English
