市場戦略・企画マネージャー/ Market Strategy and Planning Manager

A renowned premium confectionery company is looking for a Market Strategy and Planning Manager. The selected candidate will lead market planning, trade strategy, forecasting, and commercial process improvement to support profitable growth.

Responsibilities:

• Analyse market, sales, and customer data to support commercial decision-making
• Lead business planning cycles and build frameworks for market and category analysis
• Develop trade spend, pricing, and promotion strategies to improve sales and profitability
• Manage joint business plans and monitor performance across major retail accounts
• Maintain dashboards, KPI tracking, rebate management, and planning tools
• Partner with cross-functional teams on forecasting, budgeting, compliance, and business support

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in business or commerce
• 7-10 years of professional experience
• Experience in sales, trade marketing, revenue management, category management, or similar
• Prior FMCG or Food & Beverage industry background
• Proven category, revenue, and trade management experience
• Background in P&L and trade spend management
• Prior background in delivering business results
• Knowledge of trade finance
• Proficient in MS365 skills (Power BI, Fabric, Power Query, Excel incl. pivot tables & data modelling)
• Fluent level Japanese and English
